Beyond the Tailgate: Gear for the Outdoor Lifestyle
Here at Cache, we're so much more than a tailgate pad. We're a way of life for anyone who would rather be outside. Whether that means hitting the slopes on a powder day, a sunrise ride before work, or a weekend with no cell service, we build gear for the people who chase those experiences.
Our brand started with the tailgate. The Basecamp 3.0 tailgate pad became our flagship because it solved a problem every mountain biker knows: getting bikes to the trailhead safely, and having peace of mind when you need to step away from your bike. Riders trusted it, and that trust became the foundation for everything we've built since. Cache was built by two sons in honor of their father, Cache was built on family values and a common love for the outdoors.
Today our lineup covers far more than the drive to and from the trail. We’re constantly refining our products because we’re dedicated to providing gear that will last. And you don’t need to have an expensive truck setup to reap the benefits of Cache products. For example, you can keep the Cache Med Kit in your car for emergencies, or take it with you on the go. Whether you’re traversing up a challenging hike, or camping in the mountains, our emergency kits make sure you're ready when a ride or trip doesn't go as planned. The Taxiway-Tote bag carries all the essentials and everything in between, from post-ride snacks to wet gear to groceries on the way home. And if you’re heading somewhere remote to have a nice lunch break, don’t forget the Jeffrey Cooler, nobody likes a warm soda.
Mountain biking is where we got our start, but the lifestyle doesn't stop at the dirt. Bikers share a lot with the wider outdoor community: early mornings, muddy boots, long drives to remote places, and a love of being prepared without being weighed down. Hikers, campers, climbers, skiers and overlanders all live by the same idea. Get out there, push a little further, and bring gear you can count on.
That's who Cache is for. If you're always planning the next adventure before the last one's over, then you're one of us. Welcome to the family.
