Refunds.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date.

To qualify for a full refund, returned items must be:

• Unworn, unused, and unwashed
• In original condition
• Returned in original packaging with all original tags attached

To start a return, email support@trustcache.com with your order number and the item(s) you're sending back. We'll reply with a prepaid return label and next steps.

Returns missing original packaging or not in resalable condition are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Return shipping is on us. For returns started within 30 days of purchase, CACHE will email you a prepaid return label. CACHE is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Need a different size or product? Email support@trustcache.com with your order number and what you'd like instead. We'll send a prepaid return label, and your replacement ships as soon as we receive your return.

If a Basecamp Pad is returned with the lock in a locked position, the customer will receive a 50% refund unless the lock combination is provided. To receive a full refund, the combination must be included either in a note inside the return package or emailed to support@trustcache.com prior to or at the time of return. Refunds will not be upgraded after the return has been processed.
